Purple in Nature

 Assalamu’alaikum…

Pheeeewff… finally I have my time to updating my blog.

For a couple of weeks ago, I try to had a photo hunt at my environment living. I do it every morning at once a walk with my son. He likes to walk around and running around to every where, and looks happy to do that walking activity like he never being tired of it. He’s almost 20 months old now.

I try to capturing any kinds of plant as my object. And then I found something beautiful and they have PURPLE!!! Well it’s a wild flowers anyway but WoW  Subhanallah they all pretty for me.. So I try to capturing them all, and you know?.. I realized now that to make some photograph is need a lot of patience..

Actually I’ve never saw them before.. they just grow every where and lots of them are sooo small, so I should used a macro to get a detail images of them. Some of them are bloom on a hiding place and also I found them grew in the gutter…  So I put my self on the gutter to captured it (I know… it’s quite silly hee hee.. ).

And here I also want to show you one by one (unframed). Maybe some of you recognized those flowers and maybe knows their names… I hope you can tell me someday…

Between Duty & Indulging my Self

As an ordinary housewife I surely do everything task on my whole 24 hours everyday around the house. Cleaning, cooking, taking care of my son, then cleaning again, washing, ironing, bla..bla..bla..and so..and so.. and so.. and it’s all repeat it again in circle on the same pattern with the same rhythm.. Wow..     I don’t wanna say that I’m bored on that monotone situation.. but I should be greatfull of everything that I’ve got until rightnow.. Alhamdulillahirabbil’alamin..

I know its not easy things to do but it’s a must to try.. Sometimes I have to remind my self that I had enough fun times!!! And I had it all when I was a single. Like go to any place that I want, do many activities that I like, hangout with my friends anytime.. anywhere, have a job and I have my own income so I could buy anything that I like without any guilty, pampering my self with any kind of relaxation things every weekend, etc… That’s a totally pleasure. But everything is change after marriage.. My life is not just for my own, but also dedicate to others, a Husband, and now I also have a Son.                

I always try to receive it my new condition.. be grateful, and be sure that marriage is a Gift..  It’s mean that God already gave His Bless and Trust to me to have an opportunity to become a life time partner for my Husband as his Wife, a Mother for my Son, and become a Super Woman for every situation for my little family. And from that day.. I surely do and give my whole dedication to become a housewife.

Actually I always feel worried about it, but Alhamdulillah my husband is help me and make me sure that being a housewife is not stopping me to keep working, or learning something, or maybe do everything that I like. Alhamdulillah he gave me all the facilities that I need, then I can do it all without have to leave the house, and also I still can do my duty as a housewife.

And I still can do relaxation things with my own relaxation kit… so I can do it my self at home.  With just a simple instant body scrub product (I choose one with an aroma therapy oil + red alga on it) that I can find it easy on a mini market, and a very nice warm water.. That’s enough for me to relaxing my body and mind.

Scrubbing in Indonesia is “Luluran”. Actually the word it self is taking from a *Javanese language. Every Indonesian woman do this lovely things to keep our skin soft, brightening, and look young (^___^) hee..hee..

   

Back to the problems...  First start is seems so hard.. I know.. but I keep fight for my self until I got the right rhythm. Well seems like everyday I almost do the same things around the house so I can used to it. And finally I can use my time to full fill everything between my duty as a housewife and also my pleasure things for my own personal.   

The point is.. how to managing our TIME in efficient.. Make an everyday activity schedule or something simple like make a list of every task that we want to do on that day with a check list things on it (that’s what I like… checking!). Many of ways…. So, don’t stop to bloom our self to become more beautiful flowers…

I like to describe it we (a woman) as a beautiful flowers…. (^_^)v.

I’m in love with art, design, and photograph.. when I really have a leisure time, I always try to utilize every second that I have in maximum. I do some digital artwork that I've learned since a college on Faculty of Art & Design. I’ve learn Photoshop, Corel Draw, Autocad, and 3D Max as my basic computer skills. I used to work before married as a graphic designer on some advertising company in Bandung. Well… I don’t wanna waste or maybe loosing my abilitys because I just stay at home as a housewife.. Then I keep practicing and learning everything. Make some artwork, and now I do some photograph things for fun. Owh.. and blogging of course…   

      All that kind of right brain activities can keep my mood in balance..  You might be know how it feel when we have a very bad mood situation.. well.. it ruins everything.                                                                                                                   Be carefull... Better not to force yourself till you drop because you are getting super exhausted.

Okay.. and here I present U in my artwork..another little part of the indonesian traditional contemporer arts and craft :

About the Mask : It calls PEACOCK MASK, is a mask originally made out of tradition in East Java, Indonesia. Its inspired by local batik and dance tradition and envolving aesthetically since. The modern version is involving modern-style batik with enchanced combination.

About the Batik that she use here is one of the batik pattern that originally made and come from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Which includes flowers, and butterflies... 

But what a shame of me.. I still don’t know the specific name of this kind of pattern.. If there’s anyone knows.. Hope U can tell me!!!

In this artwork I try to put some Indonesian traditional contemporer mask & contemporer floral batik pattern on her clothes, and also some Jepara’s traditional wood craft pattern on the accessorys and backround.

I hope it’s work to make this look “very Indonesia”

Detailed about the mask :

It’s name “Karawang Floral Mask” – Is a traditional contemporer mask craft which is inspired by local floral batik pattern, originally created in Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. It also owe it’s influence to early mask used in local dance tradition.

Tranquilizing the Brain with making some Artwork

Actually I’m graduated from a college as a product designer, but in my daily life I rather much do some graphic designer things… so,.. am I put my self on a wrong major  that day??? Hee hee..  I don't know....???

Now a days, instead of being a busy beautiful house wife, I like to make some digital artwork on my leisure time… And I think I have to...  Because, sometimes I suddenly get an inspiration for my artwork. If I dont making it realized, than my head  feels dizzy and it was making me so uncomfortable ... and even make it difficult for me to sleep. 

By the way.. I would like to say apologize first to all of you whom see my artwork here…  I was one of the indonesian dark digital artist (maybe it's still),  almost of my artwork it look so creepy or maybe scary for you to see.. Actually I took these from a Greek mythology 

About The Fates :

They know everything that has happened and will happen, and are an authority above the gods in this respect though they cannot kill a God, which they share among them. They are Clotho : The Fate who spins the Thread of Life. Lachesis : The Fate who decides how long your lifeline is and Atropos : The Fate who cuts your life-thread.
Their usualy look ugly and old, but I try to made them look young and pretty here..
